Winners will be selected from each category in each language following the format of the contest.

Format of the contest

There will be three levels in this contest:
  1. Round 1: (all eligible candidates may participate)
  2. Round 2: Participants having obtained equal to 70% or more  in Round One will be eligible to participate in the Round Two of the contest.
  3. Round 3 (also called Final Round): Top 05 short listed candidates in each category and each language of Round 2 will be invited to participate in the Final Live Round where the jury will evaluate the participants directly and the result will be declared on the spot.
Participants/ their parents/ their legal guardians, on participation, accept the rules and regulations of this contest available on this website.

Awards to the winners
  1. Prizes will be given to the best evaluated participants in the ROUND THREE (FINAL ROUND).
  2. The Round THREE may be  conducted live in online format or offline format in Delhi.
  3. The shortlisted candidates will do a live elocution in front of the judges/evaluators.
  4. The selection of the winners will be done during this live final round.
  5. All winners’ names and their academic institution’s names will be listed at www.educationbeyond.net after the result is declared.
  6. All prizes will be paid in full, without deductions for applicable taxes or withholding in the name of the entrant only in the form of a banker’s demand draft. Contest winners/legal guardians are solely responsible for paying all applicable state and federal income and other taxes due. Winners are strongly encouraged to consult with a tax adviser.
  7. The prizes will be mailed to the winners by courier as per the calendar of the contest.
  8. However, E&B may decide to organise the Final Third Round and formal award ceremony in Delhi NCR or any other city in India.
  • In case the Final Third Round & formal award ceremony is organised, the top 5 best scorers in each category in each language will be invited to attend the award ceremony.
  • In this case, the date of the Final Third Round  & award ceremony will be notified to them by email.
     9. In case the judges find the entries of substandard quality, they may decide to reward the entries by a consolation prize only.

All eligible entries
​A Participation Attestation will be issued to all Participants whose entries have been found eligible for evaluation.
In case an award ceremony is organised 
  1. The top 05 best scorers in each category in each language will be invited by email  to attend the award ceremony.
  2. The parents of the winners and academic institution representatives of the winners may be invited to the award distribution ceremony.
  3. Expenses of all kinds (travel, food, accommodation, insurance etc.) of the Participant, his parent(s) and academic institution representatives in order to attend the award ceremony will have to be borne by the respective persons/institutions directly. 
  4. E&B will not bear any expense to facilitate the participation of any Participant, his parent(s) and academic institution representatives related to attending the award ceremony
  5. E&B/ Organisers shall not be held liable for any damage or loss incurred by any Participant, his parent(s) and academic institution representatives during the travel or stay in order to participate in the award ceremony. 
  1. Results will be declared on E&B website www.educationbeyond.net.  
  2. All winners (1st to 25th rank) will equally be notified by email.
  3. Non-Winner Notification: Entrants/Participants not selected as winners will not be notified individually. They have to consult E&B website for updates.
