The workshop will take place on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th November 2011 at Delhi Public School International - Saket, partner school for this programme jointly organised by CLE International, Embassy of France in India, Institut Français en Inde in association with Delhi Public School Society

These two days of workshop will involve:
-          3 lectures/conferences
-          4 academic workshops (to be chosen among the 8 proposed themes)

Accommodation :
-  The accommodation of the participants from outside Delhi NCR (including Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Gurgaon) shall be provided by the Embassy of France in India. (shared accommodation with another participant)
-  The accommodation will be provided for the nights of the 3rd and the 4th November 2011.
-  The participants may check-in at the hotel from 12 Noon onwards on the 3rd November 2011.
-  The check-out has to be done on the morning of the 5th November 2011. The participant needs to keep the luggage with himself/herself from the morning itself.
-  The address of the hotel shall be provided soon.

Transport :
The transport has to be borne by the trainees. The Embassy of France does not provide any transport facility to the trainees.

Conditions :
-  Once a candidate is enrolled in the programme; he/she undertakes to be present during all the sessions of the training programme.
-  In case of any absence of any participant from one or more sessions without information after the 19th October 2011 will engage the participant to pay Rs. 7000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand) to the Embassy of France in India.
